ONELIFE Reduces multi-microbial contamination of all types of bacterial strains

EFFECTIVE AGAINST MULTIPLE PATHOGENS Heterogeneity of biofilm matrices requires a specific blend of enzymes for their degradation. OneLife is the only detergent to disintegrate biofilm matrices of 100% of tested strains. Other detergents attack 0 to 53% of strains.

In vitro biofilm removal assays showed that OneLife's enziQure® has the largest spectrum of activity against biofilms out of 11 cleaners. Results showed that enziQure® could be efficient as a corrective cleaner to eradicate recurrent microbial contamination from endoscopes.

Addition of a PULL THRUTM brush to endoscope sampling procedure increases yield of microbial surveillance culture, particularly in presence of biofilm. Consequently, acceptance rate of endoscopes was significantly lower if saline plus PULL THRUTM was used vs. saline only.
